Beyond simply documenting my immediate impressions and observations, my primary focus is on capturing the dynamic interaction between artworks and viewers. By constructing a new frame where the observer becomes an integral part of the scene, I blur the boundaries between observer and artwork—presenting the viewer as an extension of the piece itself or reversing their roles altogether. This approach invites the audience to engage in a multiadimensional dialogue with the work.

The title Mise-en-abîme, referring to the mirroring effect, encapsulates this concept of Observing within Observing. It not only redefines my role as a photographer but also reshapes the roles of my audience and the museum visitors within the space. Through this project, I visually challenge conventional perceptions of spectatorship, posing questions about who the true observer is, what qualifies as an artwork, and how we define and experience art. 

This collection is an ongoing project, and this book, like museum archives, is always evolving. Therefore, each edition will be different from the previous one, and the number of editions is unknown.
